We offer two types of service - Full Service or Device Rental Only. There is a summary of what is included in these packages below. Most clients prefer the additional services and reassurance of the Full Service option.

We will meet you at the airport or your hotel to hand over the device and show you how it works (although it has its own easy-to-use instructions). We can also courier it to the reception of your hotel if that is more convenient.

Advice on creating a personalised itinerary from one of our experienced local travel experts (we call them 'Fundis')
Accommodation recommendations and reservations
Travel applications (on the device) such as weather forecasts, South African wine guides and city guides
Driving tips and safety advice
Device collection and drop off at airport or hotel
Local emergency numbers on speed dial
A detailed itinerary including driving notes and suggested attractions en route and in vicinity of your accommodation
Preloaded safe and scenic driving routes in GPS
Preloaded destinations (for example your hotels) in GPS
Preloaded attractions in GPS
Realtime support (such as advice, dining reservations and help in an emergency) via email and phone whilst you travel
Remote tracking of your location to get help to you quickly in the event of an emergency
Car hire and flight reservations
