We have made our prices as simple, competitive and transparent as possible.

We strongly recommend taking the Satpack Travel Full Service and consider taking device insurance, however we also provide the option to only rent the device. Please also see the notes on what is included below.

	Price (in South African Rands, ZAR)* including all taxes for rental period of 14 days and less. A 15% discount is available for rental periods over 14 days.

Outbound Calls and Data Downloads Airtime**	200 (non-refundable) airtime credit which is pre-loaded on the device then dependent upon usage. Usage of satellite navigation does not incur any data download costs.

Please note:

For rental periods of more than 14 days, we offer a 15% discount on all prices shown (other than the airtime credit).

No fees are charged for accommodation booking services.

Satpack Travel Full Service includes pre-travel advice and bookings, device rental, pre-loaded routes, on-the-road support etc., but excludes device insurance and cost of calls / data*.

Device Rental Only excludes pre-travel advice and bookings, on-the-road support, device insurance and cost of calls / data**.

Device Insurance has an excess per claim of R500.00. If you do not select to pay for device insurance the excess is R8,000 (the retail value of the device). We will pre-authorise a debit from your card for the excess amount but we will only actually deduct this amount in the event of non-return or damage (other than normal wear and tear) to the device.

Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation, but as of January 2010 are approximately:
1 GBP = 12.5 ZAR
1 USD = 7.5 ZAR
1 EUR = 11 ZAR

* Prices shown are not valid during the 2010 FIFA World Cup. During the World Cup (11th June - 11th July 2010) the daily rental fee will be 20% higher. However insurance, airtime and the long period rental will remain the same.

** Outbound Calls and Data dowloads: We pre-load R200 (non-refundable) of airtime on the phone, so you can get going immediately. R200 is enough for more clients without them having to reload, but this will depend upon internet and email usage. If you do need to reload you can easily top up airtime from shops, garages and ATMS all over South Africa. Call and data costs are charged at the standard Vodacom rates. Please note that usage of the satellite navigation does not incur any call or data costs.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit and debit cards.

Daily fees are charged in 24 hour cycles, i.e. if you rent a device for 12 days and 6 hours, you will be billed for 13 days.
