We have made our prices as simple, competitive and transparent as possible.

We do not charge you any fees for arranging accommodation or booking tours. You pay the rate published by the establishments, or less if we can negotiate a reduction.

We only charge the rates shown below (there are no hidden fees), insurance is optional and we do not mark up the price of the airtime - we buy the best package locally available at retail prices and load it directly on to the device.

We recommend taking the Full Service and consider taking device insurance, however we also provide the option to only rent the device. The difference between the two services is explained on our products and services page.

There is an additional once-off charge for the R200 of airtime we load onto the device.

Understand how you securely pay us by credit card.

Please take careful note of the conditions below.

1. No fees are charged for accommodation booking services, however we do add a 4% card administration fee for payments by foreign cards.

2. The satellite navigation (or GPS) application doesn't use any airtime.

3. We load R200 of airtime onto the device before you arrive so you can use the phone and internet immediately. Most clients find this is enough for their entire visit, however it can be easily topped up at any garage and many shops across South Africa. You can check the current airtime balance from the device at any time for no additional charge. The call rates are highly competitive for local phones and are available at Vodacom rates under the 'Yebo4less' prepaid rates. The airtime balance is non-refundable.

4. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners credit and debit cards.

5. Daily fees are charged in 24 hour cycles, i.e. if you rent a device for 12 days and 6 hours, you will be billed for 13 days.

6. Device Insurance has an excess per claim of R500.00. If you do not select to pay for device insurance the excess is R8,000 (the retail value of the device). We will pre-authorise a debit from your card for the excess amount but we will only actually deduct this amount in the event of non-return or damage (other than normal wear and tear) to the device.

7. Exchange rates are subject to fluctuation, but as of August 2010 are approximately:
1 GBP = 11.6 ZAR
1 USD = 7.3 ZAR
1 EUR = 11.0 ZAR
