Our payment process for accommodation is very similar to most travel agencies and the device rental process is based upon car rental companies.

We guarantee secure payment and use South Africa's largest online payment gateway (Virtual Card Services*) to protect your confidential details. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club cards.

Securing Accommodation

1. If we are booking accommodation for you, we require you to pay us in advance according to the establishment's policy - for example if they require 100% payment to confirm the booking, we will also require 100% so that we can pay them. We will provide you with details of the confirmation from the establishment in your accommodation itinerary as well as an accommodation voucher. Please note that the cancellation refund policy is determined by the establishment.

2. You pay the balance of the accommodation costs 45 days before arrival unless100% was required originally (see '1').

3. Typically extras such as drinks and activities are not included in the accommodation cost and need to be settled by yourself upon departure.

Paying for the Device

1. 45 days before your arrival we will send you a credit card authorisation form to complete. We will authorise (which 'blocks' the amout but doesn't debit) your credit card with the excess amount ( R500 if you take insurance, R8,000 if you don't). This authorisation form clearly states that we are only authorised to debit your card in the event of non-return of the device / return of a damaged device (other than natural wear and tear) or a no-show (where we will keep the no-show fee of R500).

2. After your holiday we will send you an electronic invoice with the outstanding balance for the device rental. You simply click on the link and you will be taken directly to the secure Virtual Card Service* online payment gateway to enter your credit card details. You can ask to receive an email confirmation of this payment.

* We have selected Virtual Card Services to enable your online payment. They are the largest secure payment gateway in South Africa. Because you link directly to their site, we never see your credit card details when you pay through them.
