Satpack Travel does all the things you’d expect of a travel agency. We make reservations and put together a personalised itinerary for you. Many South African boutique hotels and guesthouses do not accept credit cards as a means of securing a reservation – they insist upon a transfer from a bank account which can cost time and money to arrange. So we will do this for you.

We will also book you on tours, trips, safaris as well as securing dining reservations for you. But if you’d prefer to do some or all of this yourself, that’s not a problem.

We will present you with an accommodation itinerary as well as draft invoice for you to agree to. Once you do, we will generate a payment invoice from our secure third party payment provider. You click on the payment link on that invoice to be directed to their secure server (so we never see you card details).

At Satpack Travel, we don’t pretend to be experts in getting cheap flights or car hire for travelers. We know you’re probably comfortable doing this yourself. However we are happy to recommend websites for finding the best value flights and car hire companies.
